Three Months

Brooke is growing by leaps and bounds and at the end of three months is weighing 15 lbs and 10 oz. During the past three months we have laughed and learned many new things about our little girl.

1) Brooke sure can toot, but at least she can get the gas out. Mommy and Daddy both run her legs by biking, running and skiing to get them out and she just smiles the entire time. 2)Brooke also had her first giggle and Tom and I were both able to hear her. She is a very happy and smiley little girl. 3)Brooke's favorite toy is Mr. Octopus man. He is a toy that hangs under the playmat and has a huge smile. She just looks at him and her eyes light up.

4)Brooke has started to realize her hands and always has them in her mouth. Tummy time has become harder these days because she has her hands in her mouth and she won't raise her head. Also, she has only found her thumb once.

5) Brooke has cheeks! Everywhere we go we always get comments on her cheeks!

She has started to talk gibberish and we just talk gibberish back. She has started to raise her legs up in the air and rub her eyes when she is tired. She has a pretty regular sleeping pattern at night and wakes 1-2 times. However, we have been fortunate that she has sleep through the night a dozen times or so. The past three months have been so much fun and we look forward to many more fun times with her.
