Brooke ~ 14 Months Old

Brooke is 14 months old and is the happiest little girl. She has such a fun personality and lovable smile. She is walking everywhere and sometimes gets in too big of a hurry and falls. Her new favorite thing is to throw a blanket over her head and walk around. She also has started to blow kisses. Lastly, during this month Brooke has started to grab books and then back into our laps to read them.

OH - and she loves to stack blocks!! Look at her go - she was surprised too!

She is still taking 2 naps a day for 1-2 hours each, goes to bed around 8 and wakes around 7. Brooke still does not like her veggies, I try everything to sneak them in and they come right out. Right now Brooke loves ham/turkey lunch meat, string cheese, cantelope and grapes. She has been using her fork well but the spoon causes a mess.

Brooke has no idea that there is a baby sister in mommies tummy. However, whenever I tell her to kiss mommies baby she will kiss my tummy. Its pretty darn cute!

Brooke is trying to talk more and "I think" she has said a couple more words which are baby, ball, hot, book, boon (balloon), kitty, backpack. She loves telling the kitty "no, no, no" when she is on the table. She also walks up to the toilet and says "no, no, no". I think no maybe her favorite word.
