Avery - 1 year old

Avery is ONE and weights 22 lbs 3 oz in the 69% percentile and is 28.5 inches long in the 31% percentile. Avery is such a fun little girl and her personality is developing more and more.
She loves playing with Brooke and taking things away from her big sister. Avery is sleeping through the night and goes to bed around 7:45 pm and typically wakes around 7:00 am. She is drinking 3-4 bottles a day and soon we will be switching to a sippy cup with cow milk. Avery understands if you ask her to come here or go get a ball. Her favorite toy right now would be the Elmo Bus or the Train she just got for her birthday. Plus she loves putting phones up to her ear and she babbles. We did have one ear infection this month and it was in her right ear. Lastly Avery loves to put anything and everything over her head or around her neck.
Avery enjoying an Oreo that Papa gave her! Maybe I should have made and Oreo cake for her Birthday....
On December 10th Avery started to stand bye herself. Then on December 16th she actually took two steps and fell down. She is getting closer and closer to walking. While she is standing she laughs, its pretty cute.
During this last month Avery's first tooth broke through on November 22 and a her second bottom tooth broke through on December 16th. Avery is mostly eating solid foods and everything we make for dinner. She loves green beans, carrots, most fruit and ham. She loves sippy cups and is alwasys on the move for Brookes if its just laying around. Plus she loves drinking out of Juice Boxes!
Avery this past month also figured out how to go downstairs. She will turn around while on her tummy and slide down them.
Well hello!
Such a happy little girl.

Happy birthday Avery. I sure wish you would have dug into that cake, but I don't blame you...it was too cute to ruin.
