Brooke's 2 Mile Run

Hellgate Elementary has a run for k - 4th grade call the Governors Cup run.  The kindergarten kids run 2 miles and all other grades run 3.  Parents are encouraged to participate and its a way to get everyone active.

Brooke's kindergarten group has 156 kids in it!  She ran the 2 miles in 20.04 and finished 6 out of all the girls.  We are so proud of her and that she ran the entire way (with her daddy).
