Avery ~ 17 Months

Avery is 17 months and is such a happy fun little girl. She is still taking two naps a day the morning being right around 1 hour and the after noon nap about 1.5 to 2 hours long.  Plus she is now waking up around 6:00 am and going to bed around 7:30 pm.  Avery still is a pretty good eater for breakfast, lunch or dinner however we now have a habit of dropping food off the high chair. Her new favorite toy or cartoon would be Elmo, she just loves him.  And her favorite book is Curious George!

Avery also loves trying to get dressed by herself and putting on her own shoes.  She can however get some of her shoes on by herself.  She still can't get any of her cloths on but she sure does try.

Avery also got two more teeth this month her lateral incisor on each side on the top.  Now she has 6 teeth with a lot more coming.  This past month was also her first trip to the dentist and she did good but had no sugar bugs!!

Avery is talking more and more and is putting some words together such as "my baby", "all gone", "no mine", "thank you", "oh no" and "good bye".  Plus she is saying more words to such as duckie, cookie, two, roke for (Brooke), bubble and key-key for kitty.  Lastly she will defiantly give you her opinion about things with a yes or no, plus show you what she wants.
