Brooke has been talking about getting her ears pierced for the past couple of weeks. However she always says "lets get my ears pierced on Tuesday".. Not sure why Tuesday but we went this past Saturday. She was VERY excited to get "pokes" as we call them.
When we got to Claire's she wandered around the store checking out all the earrings! Then it was time to pick out her stud earrings. We gave her four choices and she choose pink flowers. She was very excited but looked nervous as you can tell.
Brooke getting both ears pierced at the same time! She did so well. They counted down from three and in they went. Brooke did a little flinch but had NO tears or screams! What a big tough girl.
Brooke loves her new earrings and is very excited to change them out after 6-8 weeks! We have to clean them each day. She was able to pick out some other earrings which included ladybugs, strawberries and some animals. She is very excited!
